- Potatoes – 4

For the Lollipop Topping:
- Corn Flour – 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose Flour – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
- Pepper Powder – a pinch
- Water – as required
- Bread Crumbs – 2 cups
- Chopsticks – 5
- Oil – as required
Recipe for Veg Lollipop:
- First, boil the potatoes. Once boiled, add them to a bowl and mash them well.
- Add grated carrots, finely chopped bell peppers, and finely chopped onions to the mashed potatoes, and mix well.
- Then, add grated paneer, chili powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix everything well. After that, add green chilies and bread crumbs, and mix again.
- Shape the kneaded lollipop mixture into the shape of a chicken nugget and stick them onto the chopsticks.
- In a small bowl, mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, and water to make a batter similar to dosa batter.
- Dip the prepared veg lollipops into the batter so that they are evenly coated on all sides.
- Roll the lollipops in bread crumbs on a plate and gently fry them on all sides. Once golden, remove them from the oil.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared lollipops until crispy. Remove them once done.
