    Everyone likes lassi whether they like curd or not. This lassi is a solution to many problems like weight gain and dehydration. Those who want to lose weight should make and drink this variety of lassi. Lose weight and become slim and fit.

    How to make tasty Pot Phirni at Home

    Banana and Walnut Lassi

    Necessary materials

    Banana – 2
    Walnut – 10
    Curd – 300 ml
    Cardamom – 2
    Ice cubes – 100 grams
    Cinnamon powder – 2 pinches

    Recipe

    Soak the walnuts for half an hour. In a small mixer jar, grind the banana and soaked walnuts to a smooth paste. Now in a large mixing jar add curd, banana walnut paste, cardamom, bark powder and ice cubes and blend well.

    Super delicious banana walnut lassi is ready. Those who want to lose weight can even take it as breakfast. Gives you energy till noon. Gives a feeling of fullness to the stomach and reduces appetite. This prevents excess intake of calories and reduces body weight.

    Mint Lassi

    Necessary materials

    Curd – 300 ml
    Dry mint leaves – 1 tbsp
    Induppu – half a spoon
    Ice cubes (a) Water – As required
    Roasted and ground cumin powder – quarter spoon

    Recipe

    First add dry mint leaves in a mixer jar and grind them a bit. Dry leaves do not grind properly when grinded along with curd. After crushing the mint leaves, add curd, cumin powder, salt and ice cubes and blend well to make mint lassi. Top it with fresh mint leaves and drink it in a glass.

    Ripe mango – 1
    Curd – 250 ml
    Water – 150 ml
    Dry mint leaves – a little

    Recipe

    First, wash and peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. In a mixing jar, add curd, mango, water and dry mint leaves and blend well to make a fragrant mango lassi. Since mango is a fruit that is abundantly available during the summer season, you can use this lassi to keep your body hydrated and get enough nutrients.

    Curd – 300 grams
    Ice cubes – 50 grams
    Water – 100 ml
    Induppu – half a spoon
    Roasted and ground cumin powder – half spoon
    Mint leaves – 10

    Recipe

    In a mixer jar (big jar) first add ice cubes and then add curd, induppu, cumin powder and blend well once until smooth. Then add the required amount of water to it and blend it once, and the cumin lassi is ready. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and drink in a glass.

    Rose Lassi

    Necessary materials

    Curd (or) Yogurt – 300 gms
    Water – 100 ml
    Rose water – 5 ml
    Rose Petals – 20

    Recipe

    Rose petals can be taken dry or fresh. Similarly, curd used for making lassi should not be too sour. Add curd to a mixer jar. Add rose water to it and blend it well once.

    How to reduce stress during pregnancy

    Then add water and blend it once lightly and a super lassi with the scent of rose essence is ready. Transfer it to a bowl and mix it with rose petals and keep it in the fridge. Take and drink whenever needed.
